Returns & Exchanges Eligibility: You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving your order. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of perfumes, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. Non-returnable items: Sale items, promotional products, or items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return. How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@fateah.online with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or process an exchange as per your request. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
